1. Order Issues

1.1 How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you have successfully placed your order, we will notify you via text message and an email will be sent out to you with the order number. We will also notify you when the order is shipped. An email and text notification are sent out with the tracking information. You can track your order in the app. Please login to your account and find all your orders placed in the “Profile” tab.

1.2 Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on the 'My Orders' page before it ships out. Note: We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped. We recommend you do a return for a refund with our return label.

1.3 How to check my order status?

Orders can be checked via 'My orders'.

1.4 Can I use more than one coupon?

Apologise for this inconvenience, per order, can only be applied with one coupon code. However, you may use a coupon code + gift card + any wallet balance together in one transaction.

1.5 How can I place an order?

Thank you for choosing Bars of Beauty! We're happy to show you how to order items on our app. Step 1: Please register for a Bars of Beauty account. Step 2: Choose the item size, color and click on the [add to bag] button. Step 3: 【View BAG】 and check out with your debit/credit card, PayTm, etc.

1.6 Why did I not get a confirmed email about my order?

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after payment is completed. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. :) Also, you can check your order status via clicking 'My orders', as we will update an order tracking info there after the order is shipped out.

2. Delivery

2.1 How long does it take to get the order delivered?

We aim to deliver your complete order within 3-6 business days. It may vary slightly depending on the location. You can check the delivery timelines under a product while you place your order.

2.2 How can I track my order?

Bars of Beauty provides two ways for tracking: 1. Shipping Email: It contains your tracking number and tracking link. 2. Track via 'My Order', which also has a 'TRACK' button. - Please log into your account, click on 'My orders' and click on the order which you want to track and click on the 'Track' button for more details. Note: It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end as the next facility needs time to scan packages. Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next facility.

2.3 What does Express Delivery mean?

Express delivery refers to express shipping wherein your order gets delivered within 24 business days. There are occasions that the delivery may take a bit longer. You can find the estimated delivery date under a product while you place your order.

2.4 What does Standard Delivery mean?

Standard shipping refers to regular shipping and it takes between 4-6 business days. The products are shipped from the overseas warehouse and therefore, it takes little longer to deliver to your location. We are working as hard as we can on getting all parcels delivered as promised.

2.5 Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

Kindly have a check that your email address is spelled and formatted correctly. Then you may refer to your Spam/Junk folder to check if there is any email from Bars of Beauty. Also, you may visit 'My orders' to get more order updates.

2.6 How long does it take for my order to ship?

It normally takes 1~3 days to process an order before shipping. We'll email you once it gets shipped out.

3. Return & Refund

3.1 How do I return items?

For returning items, Please follow these steps: 1. Sign in to your Bars of Beauty account. 2. Find the order in 'My Orders' and click on the order which you want to return and click the 'Return Item' in the menu in the toolbar. 3. Select the item(s),indicate the reason(s) for return, and submit. 4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package. Note: 1. The items must have all their labels/tags intact. 2. The items must be in perfect condition, the same as they were when shipped by us. 3. The items must be returned in the same packaging material that they were sent in, along with the invoice of the same.

3.2 What is your return policy?

We at Bars Of Beauty work hard to provide our valued customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. We curate Fashion from around the world in the best Fabrics and Quality. If the product didn't fit you right or you received a damaged product, return the product for a fresh piece by applying on our application. For return, you need to raise the request within 72 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy. After the request being accepted we will arrange a pickup from your place for a small charge of ₹99. If you’ve received a wrong/ defective item you need to apply on our app within 72 hours with relevant images attached. We will contact you shortly and get the product replaced. To be eligible for a return: 1. The items must have all their labels/tags intact. 2. The items must be in perfect condition, the same as they were when shipped by us. 3. The items must be returned in the same packaging material that they were sent in, along with the invoice of the same. In case of return the amount paid at the time of purchase will the credited back to your Bars Of Beauty Application wallet in the form of points, where 1 point is equivalent to ₹1, after the all due inspections. It can be used at the time of your next purchase. NOTE – Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged whatsoever. Please go through the size chart carefully before placing an order. You are welcome to try on a product as long as you take all suitable measures to preserve its original condition, tags, labels and packaging.

No, we offer size exchanges only. 4. Payment & Promos

4.1 Where can I find points that I gain?

To check how many points you have accumulated: 1. Please log into your Bars of beauty account. 2. Click the Points button on the “me” page to check how many points are in your account.

4.2 How to get points?

Points can be gained by purchasing a product. After your product is delivered points will be credited to your account.

4.3 How to use points or a coupon?

Applying a coupon code or points is optional and can be filled in at the checkout page. You may also use a coupon code + points + any wallet balance together in one transaction.

4.4 Do you offer Cash on Delivery ?

Sorry, we do not offer Cash on Delivery service.

4.5 How can I purchase a gift card?

Gift Cards can be purchased by clicking the gift card button in the “me” page. Gift cards can only be redeemed with the number you entered in the Recipient's Number while purchasing.

4.6 Why isn't my promo code working?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. There are a few reasons why a code may not be working: 1. The code has already expired. 2. The minimum requirements have not been met.

4.7 Where can I find coupons that I get?

To check how many points you have accumulated: 1. Please log into your Bars of beauty account. 2. Click the Coupons button on the “me” page to check coupons in your account.

5. Product & Stock

5.1 How can I be notified of out-of-stock items?

In order to be notified of a restock, please add the item to your 'Wishlist'. You will then receive a push notification once the item is back in stock.

5.2 How do I leave a review?

You can write reviews on the products after you receive the order. Here are the steps: 1. Locate the order in the 'My orders'. 2. Click the 'Review' button to leave a review of the item(s) you've purchased.

5.3 Do you restock sold out items?

Yes, we always try to restock the items which have beenmarked as 'Sold Out'. Please keep checking out our app or website frequently in case it restocks. However, if an item is Sold Out for a few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our store.

5.4 How do I choose my size?

We suggest you to please refer to our size chart available for each product in the product page and take your measurements as per the size chart and compare with it to select the right fit for you. This will help you to select the size that best fits your body.

6.1 Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Bars of Beauty?

Yes, it is necessary to log into your Urbanic account to shop, it is fast and convenient and provides extra security. You will have access to a personalised shopping experience including notifications, promotions, recommendations on emails etc.

6.2 Do you save my personal information?

We respect your privacy and keep your personal information confidential. When you visit our app, the information collected is stored, such as your name, phone number, postal code, and address.

6.3 Can I change my email address or login details?

No, we cannot change or update the email address or log in details of our users as of now. If you want to change your account, then you can log out from your current account and register with the new email id/phone number provided you do not have any active orders in your current account. You can contact our customer support team for this..

6.4 How to add a new shipping address to my account?

You can follow below 2 ways to add a new shipping address: 1. You may add it by clicking the 'Add New address' button via 'Address Book' while signed in to your account. 2. Additionally, you may add it on page 'Place Order' when making a purchase.
